Link Performance Management was formed to deliver GoalTrak into the European market place.  GoalTrak is a huge improvement on traditional HR based performance systems and is ideal for organisations of all sizes in the public and private sectors that need a simple to use tool that has been specifically designed to increase business efficiency.

 

About Us
The directors of Link Performance Management have all been directors in the Public and Private sectors, playing a key role in Performance Management. Their considerable track record brings a high level of pragmatism to organisations keen for cost effective performance management in today’s tough economic client and of finding ways of obtaining “more for less”.

Ian Munro
Ian Munro

Ian Munro has been involved in Performance Management for over 35 years as a line manager, operating and main board director, as a non-executive director and concurrently as a consultant, mentor and coach. He has worked across a wide range of business sectors for blue chip organisations, and the Public Sector. Ian works across all levels in organisations and is particularly effective at board level. He brings a pragmatic hands-on approach to his work and has delivered excellent results in turnaround situations as well as fast growing organisations. In his coaching and mentoring work Ian has been able to bring a fresh innovative approach to the issues faced by senior managers.

Jon Bell



Jon Bell is a consultant on public sector performance management, organisational efficiency and change management.  He has over 30 years experience of working in the public sector and played a leading role in setting up the UK Food Standards Agency as a non-Ministerial Government Department, of which he was its Chief Executive from 2002-6. Since becoming a consultant in 2006 he has undertaken successful consultancy and training assignments for a wide range of private and public sector clients both in the UK and overseas.

Primary Capabilities
Extensive record as an effective leader, team builder and communicator.  Wide ranging experience of strategic planning, delivery, performance and project management in the public sector.  Track record of helping the private sector to deal successfully with the public sector.  More than 30 years experience of working with Parliament, Brussels and Central and Local Government at all levels.  Associate of the National School of Government.

David Knowles-Leak

David KL

David has a background in leadership, as a director in international corporates, as an owner driver, and in public service. He is a graduate of Nottingham University with a degree in Theoretical Mechanics and he brings experience in the gas, glass and shipping industries to LPM along with background in political lobbying.

He  provides performance improvement products and processes and which focuses on strategy with leadership and management development. He is an experienced coach and mentor with a unique high impact coaching model and he is a passionate believer in the importance of well formed performance goals being aligned to key strategic goals. 

David believes that the platform for the strategic and leadership products with which he currently works will be enhanced by the software products and the leadership of LPG

Andrew Blatiak
Andrew Blatiak
Set up his first company in 1982 and ten others since then, in both manufacturing and service industries. One of these was the first and largest management consultancy in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) between 1989 and 1993. The company worked with clients to invest over £200m.

Helped London Business School to set up an MBA with Warsaw University of Technology.

Consultant with the World Bank and EBRD, worked with various funds in CEE.

Works with companies on foreign direct investment into Central Europe.
